4. During the closing operation of the vacuum circuit breaker inside the high-voltage switchgear, the back door of the cabinet is locked with a mechanical device on the grounding knife to the cabinet door. (To avoid accidentally entering the charged interval)

5. The vacuum circuit breaker inside the high-voltage switchgear is closed during operation, and the grounding knife cannot be put into operation. (Avoid connecting live grounding wires)
